• 3 years experience managing federal funds
• 3 years experience in public platform design and implementation
• Dedicated data management system for program reporting
• SOC2 Type II Compliance

• Implement HOMES and HEAR rebate programs statewide
• Develop project delivery solution with customer support and rebate processing
• Conduct program monitoring, tracking, reporting, and auditing
• Provide outreach, marketing, and consulting services
• Develop and maintain technology platforms for rebate processing and program management
• Coordinate with utilities, manufacturers, retailers, and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with federal and state requirements
• Target rebates to low-income and overburdened communities
• Provide technical assistance to households and multifamily building owners
• Manage contractor network and review energy assessments
