The buyer is seeking a contractor to complete an external Quality Assurance Review on its Internal Audit Division. The review will assess compliance with professional auditing standards for the period from September 2022 through August 2025. The contractor will evaluate the quality control system and determine if internal audit work meets standards. The review includes providing written reports and an oral presentation of results.

• 2/11/2025 - Pre-proposal Conference
• 2/12/2025 - Deadline for Submitting Questions
• 3/4/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 5/1/2025 - Anticipated Contract Effective Date

• Respondent's organization must have a minimum of five years of auditing experience
• Provide staff with required qualifications including CPA, CIA and CISA certifications
• Submit Solicitation Response in accordance with submission requirements

• Review Internal Audit Division's compliance with professional auditing standards
• Evaluate IAD's quality control system
• Determine if internal audit work meets professional standards
• Provide written draft and final reports on compliance and findings
• Conduct virtual oral presentation of results at exit conference
