• 2/13/2025 - Pre-Submission Conference
• 3/4/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• 3 years experience with enterprise-scale web/mobile app projects
• Experience with productivity tools like Azure DevOps, Google Docs
• 50% of staff with 1 year experience on Illinois workNet/IWDS2.0
• In-depth experience developing custom asp.net applications
• Familiarity with various web browsers and testing technologies

• Develop and maintain web applications for Illinois workNet portal
• Develop and maintain case management systems
• Provide project management and systems administration
• Perform quality assurance and business analysis
• Develop custom asp.net applications using current technologies
• Migrate data and plan software development cycles
• Provide 24/7 support for web and mobile applications
• Develop reporting tools in secure environment
• Maintain Illinois Workforce Development System 2.0
• Develop Customer Support Center tools
