• Key personnel with at least five years experience auditing governmental agencies and/or public pension funds
• Engagement Partner licensed as CPA in California with strong knowledge of governmental accounting and auditing requirements
• Prior audit experience of governmental entities and large Public Pension Systems with at least $5 billion in assets

• Perform annual audits of LAFPP's financial statements
• Test census data provided to the actuary for completeness and accuracy
• Examine all investments to ascertain documented existence of securities
• Perform audit procedures related to LAFPP's Internal Revenue Code Section 115 Trust Fund
• Issue Management Letters on internal control deficiencies
• Perform annual audits of schedules related to GASB Statements 68 and 75
• Provide advisory services on GASB pension accounting and reporting requirements
