• Provide catalog discounts for technology-related equipment, services, supplies, and software
• Offer software implementation, including installation, configuration, and customization
• Deliver and set up hardware, including testing of technology equipment
• Provide system setup and integration with existing platforms
• Offer ongoing technical support and maintenance for hardware and software
• Ensure compatibility with district platforms and existing systems
• Provide detailed equipment specifications, warranties, and replacement policies
• Offer various software licensing options (single-user, multi-user, subscription-based)
• Deliver technology solutions for multiple departments (HR, Transportation, Business Office, etc.)
• Maintain insurance coverage meeting FISD requirements for on-site services
