Services include selling properties, advising on value, negotiating, preparing agreements, facilitating due diligence, and managing commercial properties.

- Active, current, unsuspended real estate broker license in Oklahoma
- Principals of a brokerage firm, not just a Sales Agent
- Minimum 10 years experience buying/selling residential and commercial properties in Tulsa
- Extensive knowledge of Tulsa real estate market
- Ability to evaluate rental, commercial, and mixed-use properties
- Extensive network of contacts in Metro Tulsa area
- Demonstrated skills in negotiation and market/financial analyses
- Experience working with government agencies or public-private partnerships
- Access to Multiple Listing Service
- Assist in selling properties
- Advise on property value and forecasted value
- Conduct negotiations with sellers/buyers
- Prepare Purchase and Sale Agreements
- Facilitate due diligence inspection process
- Coordinate and supervise escrow process
- Conduct market assessments
- Advertise properties through appropriate media
- Arrange showings of listed properties
- Assist in managing commercial property
