Services include selling properties, advising on value, negotiating, preparing agreements, facilitating due diligence, and managing commercial properties.

  • Active, current, unsuspended real estate broker license in Oklahoma
  • Principals of a brokerage firm, not just a Sales Agent
  • Minimum 10 years experience buying/selling residential and commercial properties in Tulsa
  • Extensive knowledge of Tulsa real estate market
  • Ability to evaluate rental, commercial, and mixed-use properties
  • Extensive network of contacts in Metro Tulsa area
  • Demonstrated skills in negotiation and market/financial analyses
  • Experience working with government agencies or public-private partnerships
  • Access to Multiple Listing Service
  • Assist in selling properties
  • Advise on property value and forecasted value
  • Conduct negotiations with sellers/buyers
  • Prepare Purchase and Sale Agreements
  • Facilitate due diligence inspection process
  • Coordinate and supervise escrow process
  • Conduct market assessments
  • Advertise properties through appropriate media
  • Arrange showings of listed properties
  • Assist in managing commercial property
