Pennsylvania Infrastructure Investment Authority

The buyer seeks a financial consulting firm to provide credit-worthiness and financial analysis services for drinking water, wastewater, and other infrastructure projects. The consultant will review loan applications, annual reports, and loan servicing requests. They will evaluate applicants' financial conditions, recommend collateral, and alert the buyer to adverse changes. The consultant will prepare reports, assign risk profiles, and attend board meetings to present analyses.

• Must be a full-service financial consulting firm
• Experience conducting financial statement and audit reviews
• Ability to recommend collateral and loan servicing requests
• Must have a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Pennsylvania
• Must maintain an office within 25 miles of Harrisburg

• Review and analyze financial statements and audits of loan applicants
• Evaluate collateral offerings and prepare written reports on value
• Conduct annual reviews of financial statements from funded projects
• Prepare reports on financial analyses and make recommendations
• Review loan servicing requests and recommend changes to collateral/conditions
• Assign risk profile codes to applicants based on financial review
• Attend PENNVEST Board Meetings to present financial analyses
• Review special financial information requests as assigned
• Maintain documentation supporting financial conclusions and recommendations
• Prepare periodic status reports on activities and problems
