The contract will be effective from the award date through June 30, 2027 and will automatically extend in one-year increments unless terminated. Vendors should submit responses immediately to be considered for the approved vendor list. The buyer will only engage with approved vendors that have met pre-determined criteria through this formal procurement process.

• Provide awards including plaques, ribbons, and trophies
• Supply promotional items like coasters, cups, key chains, pens, and pencils
• Offer bags including backpacks, totes, and sports/travel bags
• Provide accessories such as caps, hats, lanyards, and visors
• Supply miscellaneous items like decals, name badges, and rubber stamps
• Offer additional services including embroidery, engraving, and screen printing
