• Experience developing at least one sizeable financial system
• Willingness to assign a dedicated team liaison for project duration

• Design, build, and implement a replacement school apportionment system
• Analyze, develop, test, coordinate, and deploy the new system within 2 years
• Create a dashboard for authorized users to adjust business rules and formulas
• Integrate modern security practices conforming to agency and WaTech guidance
• Develop transition and training plans for system users
• Provide or update all forms and reports generated by the system
