  • Conduct detailed facility condition assessments for 9 city-owned facilities
  • Identify current facility condition deficiencies and recommend corrections
  • Provide cost estimates for corrections and forecast future capital renewal costs
  • Develop a 10-year prioritized capital improvement plan
  • Evaluate building systems based on condition, age, criticality, and remaining useful life
  • Identify maintenance, repair and replacement requirements including energy efficiency opportunities
  • Assess architectural, civil/structural, mechanical, electrical, fire, and plumbing components
  • Provide inventory and analysis of approximately 46,695 square feet of facilities
  • Calculate needed annual operating and maintenance funding by building
  • Prepare comprehensive condition assessment reports for each facility
