• Operate year-round early childhood education center for 40-50 children
• Provide infant, toddler, preschool, and pre-kindergarten programs
• Maintain high teacher-to-child ratios exceeding state licensing requirements
• Participate in Colorado Shines, Universal Preschool, and CCCAP programs
• Prepare meals and snacks on-site according to CACFP guidelines
• Maintain facility in safe, healthy, clean condition
• Engage with regulatory authorities to maintain licensing and compliance
• Develop staffing and benefit plan to ensure high quality staff and low turnover
• Administer staff and parent surveys at least annually
• Collaborate with City on ongoing facility and program oversight
