• Completion of at least three similar projects in San Diego Region in past three years

• Provide programmatic updates to ensure compliance with current or future MS4 Permit
• Offer regulatory technical support and document preparation
• Conduct existing development inspections for industrial, commercial, and municipal facilities
• Perform structural BMP program inspections
• Investigate and document illicit discharge sources
