• Legal ability to provide engineering services in New York State
• Experience in design of surface water sourced water treatment facilities
• Professional Engineer licensed in New York State
• Certified cost estimator (AACE, ASPE, or ICEAA)

• Produce construction documents for filtration upgrades and unit process capacity re-rating
• Design backwash and residuals handling reconfiguration and upgrades
• Perform topographic survey of project areas
• Develop unit process capacity re-rating report for minimum 3 MGD
• Analyze existing corrosion control and pH adjustment
• Prepare regulatory approval documents and permit applications
• Develop commissioning and training plan
• Create facility operations and asset management plan
• Provide design services during construction
• Assist with bidding and construction procurement
