The buyer seeks inspection services at asphalt and concrete plants citywide, including the immediate vicinity. Services include inspection at Portland cement concrete plants, bituminous concrete plants, and mobile mixture plants. The work will be in accordance with New York State Department of Transportation procedures and NYCDOT protocols. The contract term is 1095 consecutive calendar days.

- 11/14/2025 - Anticipated Contract Start Date
- Employ at least 6 full time Inspectors
- Employ at least 3 full time Sr. Inspectors
- Employ at least 2 full time Chief Inspectors/Project Managers
- Have adopted and published QA/QC procedure manuals
- Have current AASHTO certification
- Actively participate in AMRL & CCRL proficiency sample testing program
- Perform inspection services at Portland cement concrete plants
- Perform inspection services at bituminous concrete plants
- Perform inspection services for mobile mixture plants
- Provide quality assurance inspection during batching of concrete mixtures
- Provide quality assurance inspection during batching of hot mix asphalt mixtures
