The buyer is seeking a qualified professional individual or company to provide information technology support services. The selected proposer will maintain and improve the buyer's IT system, minimize support costs, and maximize return on investment. Services include ongoing support and coordination of IT systems in Portland and Silverton offices, implementation of new technologies, general maintenance, and troubleshooting. The contract will have an initial term of four years with options to renew for two additional four-year extensions.

• 10 years' experience providing information technology management services
• Experience transitioning a server-based system to the cloud
• Within 1-2 hour driving distance for onsite service calls to Portland and Silverton offices

• Provide initial assessment of computer infrastructure within 45 days
• Perform basic desktop support and troubleshooting
• Migrate domain from server to Microsoft 365 cloud service
• Manage workstation hardware, software, and operating systems
• Maintain and support network equipment including wireless, switches, and firewalls
• Manage email system and ensure proper domain name setup
• Implement and maintain security measures including antivirus and firewalls
• Provide proactive monitoring and maintenance of IT systems
• Offer recommendations for system improvements and cost savings
• Respond to and resolve complex technical issues
