• Be registered as a California business or documented Non-Profit in good standing
• Have a California registered engineer on staff

• Provide project management including PDT meetings and agency coordination
• Conduct stakeholder engagement
• Perform preliminary engineering design (PA&ED)
• Coordinate with utilities
• Develop final design plans, specifications and estimates (PS&E)
• Assist with bidding process (optional)
• Provide construction support (optional)
• Design approximately 1,600 feet of sidewalk repairs/replacements
• Design 2 new crosswalks on Main Street and Ferretti Road
• Design 3,520 feet of multi-use Class I pathway
