The buyer is seeking proposals for project management services to support the implementation of a new Land Management and Permitting Solution. The selected vendor will coordinate with stakeholders, manage risks, and ensure the Solution is implemented on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational objectives. Services include overseeing all implementation phases, facilitating communications, and applying best practices to manage resources and mitigate risks.

• No less than five years of experience in the magnitude and character of services proposed
• Personnel assigned should have minimum five years of training and experience in similar services
• Project manager should have minimum three years of supervision experience in similar work

• Validate Solution contract compliance throughout the project
• Define and establish a project governance framework
• Manage project budget and scope
• Act as liaison between project team members and stakeholders
• Ensure users receive timely communication regarding process changes
• Collaborate on development and approval of project schedule
• Manage risk and issue tracking process
• Coordinate City resources across all Solution modules and phases
• Oversee requirements gathering process
• Monitor post-production performance and new process adherence
