- Conduct feasibility studies for sewer and storm drain projects
- Develop environmental engineering designs and construction documents
- Provide technical support for Storm Drain Maintenance Program
- Perform audits and updates of Sewer System Management Plan
- Support NPDES permit compliance and stormwater management
- Assist with environmental assessments and regulatory permitting
- Provide construction support including biological/cultural monitoring
- Design sustainable stormwater and sewer infrastructure improvements
- Assist with community engagement and stakeholder outreach
- Prepare reports and presentations for City staff and officials
