The buyer is requesting proposals for professional engineering services for the Shadywood West Neighborhood project. The project involves designing roadway improvements including asphalt mill and overlay, full-depth pavement replacement, and replacement of deteriorated curb and gutter, inlet tops, sidewalks and sidewalk ramps.
