The buyer seeks a vendor to provide onsite childcare services at Johnson Elementary School. The program will serve children ages 2 months to 12 years, operating year-round Monday through Friday beginning at 6:30am. The vendor must comply with Virginia licensing requirements, implement an approved curriculum, and participate in quality improvement systems. The facility will have capacity for up to 222 children, with priority enrollment for Danville Public School and City employees.

• 8/1/2025 - Facility opening

• Provide onsite childcare services for children ages 2 months to 12 years
• Operate childcare program Monday through Friday beginning at 6:30am
• Maintain compliance with Virginia licensing requirements and regulations
• Implement developmentally appropriate curriculum approved by Virginia Department of Education
• Participate in Virginia Quality Birth-5 Measurement and Improvement System
• Provide staff meeting educational and experience requirements
• Offer enrollment priority to Danville Public School and City employees
• Maintain general liability and professional liability insurance
• Provide cleaning and custodial services for facility
• Submit accident reports and maintain records as required
