The buyer is seeking to establish a five-year prequalified list of construction-related Professional Services Consultants. The list will cover 15 different specialty fields related to construction and maintenance projects. The buyer aims to select one or more firms for each specialty based on qualifications and demonstrated competence. The selected firms will be included in the buyer's pool of qualified consultants, subject to Board approval.

• 3/11/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Maintain a staffed office within 75 miles of District
• Be appropriately certified, licensed, and insured

• Provide civil engineering services for construction/maintenance projects
• Offer electrical engineering expertise for school facilities
• Deliver mechanical engineering solutions for district projects
• Conduct structural engineering assessments and designs
• Perform landscape architectural/engineering services
• Assist with school facility planning and land acquisition
• Complete environmental site assessments and geotechnical studies
• Carry out construction inspection for various projects
• Provide material testing and construction inspection laboratory services
• Consult on hazardous materials and indoor air quality issues
