The buyer is seeking a qualified firm of certified public accountants to audit its financial statements for fiscal years 2025, 2026, and 2027. The audits must be performed in accordance with GAAS and GAGAS standards. The selected firm will express an opinion on the fair presentation of the buyer's financial position and results of operations. The engagement includes auditing the Extra Classroom Activity Fund and providing various reports and certifications.

• Professional personnel have received adequate continuing professional education
• No conflict of interest with NLCSD
• Submit copy of most recent external quality control review report
• Expertise in New York State School Audits

• Audit financial statements for fiscal years 2025, 2026, and 2027
• Perform audits in accordance with GAAS and GAGAS standards
• Express opinion on fair presentation of financial position and results
• Audit Extra Classroom Activity Fund
• Coordinate work with NLCSD staff
• Provide management letter when applicable
• Submit reports on internal controls and compliance
• Prepare Schedule of Findings and Questioned Costs
• Certify Data Collection Form (Form SF-SAC)
• Deliver oral presentation of final audit reports to Board of Education
