- Provide three core medical plans: PPO, J1PPO, and High Deductible Health Plan with HSA
- Offer Medical Benefits Abroad and Global Health Advantage plans at no cost
- Provide dedicated account management and customer service teams
- Participate in quarterly high-cost claimant review meetings
- Integrate with PeopleSoft for benefits administration
- Conduct implementation and ongoing operations to meet contract goals
- Provide turnover assistance at contract conclusion
