• Administer self-insured medical coverage for active employees, COBRA members, and pre-65 retirees
• Provide three core medical plans: PPO, J1PPO, and High Deductible Health Plan with HSA
• Offer Medical Benefits Abroad and Global Health Advantage plans at no cost
• Provide dedicated account management and customer service teams
• Participate in quarterly high-cost claimant review meetings
• Integrate with PeopleSoft for benefits administration
• Conduct implementation and ongoing operations to meet contract goals
• Provide turnover assistance at contract conclusion
