The buyer seeks a commercial, off-the-shelf, cloud-based, GIS-centric Computerized Maintenance Management System. The system will track and manage various physical assets including buildings, facilities, HVAC components, elevators, electrical panels, pumps, and generators. The solution must be non-County hosted and meet the requirements outlined in the RFP. The system will enhance the buyer's ability to efficiently manage and maintain its infrastructure and equipment.
