- Provide housing information services and referrals
- Establish and coordinate housing assistance resources for eligible persons
- Conduct ongoing assessment of housing and supportive service needs
- Ensure confidentiality of assisted individuals
- Maintain financial records for proper accounting of grant funds
- Comply with HOPWA regulations and other applicable HUD requirements
- Submit required status reports in a timely manner
