• Provide short-term rent, mortgage, and utilities assistance to prevent homelessness
• Provide tenant-based rental assistance
• Offer supportive services to assist in obtaining and maintaining housing
• Provide housing information services and referrals
• Establish and coordinate housing assistance resources for eligible persons
• Conduct ongoing assessment of housing and supportive service needs
• Ensure confidentiality of assisted individuals
• Maintain financial records for proper accounting of grant funds
• Comply with HOPWA regulations and other applicable HUD requirements
• Submit required status reports in a timely manner
