• Submit completed Bid Discount / Proposal Incentive Request Form if applicable
• Register on Vendor Services portal
• Complete Contract Compliance (EBO) Questionnaire
• Obtain MBE/WBE certification if eligible
• Provide expeditious project execution
• Demonstrate understanding of project requirements and feasibility
