• At least one team member must be a Registered Engineer in the State of Missouri

• Analyze site areas for improvements, addressing topographic and right-of-way issues
• Attend meetings to gain staff input for grant planning
• Identify area deficiencies and propose solutions in plan narratives
• Prepare draft and final grant applications with appropriate text, drawings, and maps
• Conduct site exploration and feasibility studies
• Develop conceptual estimates for budgeting
• Create finalized design drawings and full project manual with specifications
• Obtain permanent easements from residents for construction/maintenance
• Secure necessary federal, state, and local permits and approvals
• Manage bidding process and oversee construction/commissioning
