• Provide topographic surveying necessary for design
• Coordinate with utility companies to identify and resolve potential conflicts
• Identify potential easements and rights-of-way to be acquired
• Develop concept plans including title sheet, vicinity map, and plan/profile
• Perform all necessary engineering services for road reconstruction
• Prepare design for urban standard improvements with curb, gutter, and sidewalk
