• Licensed and authorized to conduct business in Florida for last 5 consecutive years
• 5 years professional experience in comprehensive landscape architecture design services
• Completed 3 landscape architecture design projects within past 5 years
• Project Manager registered as Landscape Architect in Florida for last 5 years

• Develop design criteria package for enhanced park facility
• Provide comprehensive landscape architecture and engineering services
• Conduct community engagement and facilitate public meetings
• Prepare construction documents and cost estimates
• Assist with permitting and regulatory compliance
• Perform construction administration and project closeout
