• Minimum five years direct experience in General Contracting, CMAR, or Design-Build
• Class A Contractor's license issued by California State Contractor's License Board

• Participate in design review process
• Provide cost estimating and marketplace condition knowledge
• Conduct project planning and scheduling
• Provide value engineering
• Plan construction phasing to limit impact on daily operations
• Evaluate alternate systems and conduct constructability studies
• Advise on procurement of long-lead items
• Assist with permitting processes
• Select subcontractors and suppliers
• Perform surface and subsurface investigations
