The buyer is seeking qualified firms to provide Design-Build Services for the renovation and retrofit of a recently acquired building to accommodate the Fulton County Public Safety Training Center. The project involves a complete renovation of a two-story, approximately 34,500 GSF building. Services include design, construction, abatement, and post-construction activities. The buyer requires the project to achieve substantial completion within 290 calendar days.

• 2/12/2025 - Pre-Proposal Conference
• 2/12/2025 - Site Visit
• 3/12/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Provide design services including construction documents for all divisions
• Oversee all construction activities including limited site work
• Provide abatement services for hazardous materials
• Manage project schedule to achieve substantial completion in 290 calendar days
• Coordinate with County staff and obtain all required permits
• Provide quality control inspections and monthly reports
• Conduct warranty review/facility inspection prior to end of warranty period
