• Project Manager must have minimum 7 years experience in health/human services planning or operations
• Key personnel must have minimum 3 years experience in feasibility studies, site evaluations and conceptual design

• Conduct market analysis of current trends and future projections in Health and Human Services facilities
• Perform needs assessment to determine facility and service requirements
• Evaluate potential sites and provide recommendations with pros/cons analysis
• Develop space programming and conceptual design for new facility
• Prepare bridging documents including design criteria and performance specifications
• Provide cost projections and potential financing options
• Assist with stakeholder and community engagement throughout the process
• Create 3D renderings and presentations for community and Board of Commissioners
• Review Design Builder's documents for compliance with design intent
• Provide construction administration services during project implementation
