• Prequalification in Regular Bridge Inspection
• Prequalification in Complex Bridge Inspection
• Prequalification in Underwater/In-Water Bridge Inspection
• Prequalification in Bridge Load Capacity Rating and Other Bridge Analysis/Training

• Inspect all highway bridges in the county, including those within cities and towns
• Perform routine inspections on 242 bridges every 24 months
• Conduct NSTM inspection on one bridge every 24 months
• Carry out underwater inspection on one bridge every 60 months
• Execute special inspections on one bridge every 24 months
• Provide bridge load capacity rating and analysis
• Maintain bridge inventory in accordance with National Bridge Inspection Standards
• Complete inspections during compliance months of March-April
• Manage project across four phases from 2026 to 2029
• Coordinate with local and federal agencies for funding and compliance
