The buyer is seeking proposals for bank depository and banking services. The contract will be for an initial four-year term with an option to renew for one additional two-year term. The buyer requires a consolidated account structure, automated cash management services, standard collection and deposit services, and various other banking services. The selected bank must meet specific collateral requirements and provide monthly account analysis and statements.

• Must be a member of the Federal Reserve System and FDIC
• Must be a Federal or Texas chartered bank doing business in Guadalupe County
• Must be able to perform all required services outlined in the RFP

• Provide standard collection and deposit services
• Offer remote deposit services
• Provide NSF and RCK service
• Offer standard disbursing services
• Provide account reconciliation and positive pay services
• Offer funds transfer and wire services
• Provide optical imaging services
• Offer ACH services
• Provide safekeeping services
• Meet collateral requirements
