• Demonstrated experience with producing online courses
• Ability to plan and consult on learning objectives and curricula
• Experience editing and engineering audio, video and distance learning content

• Produce online learning tools including recorded classes and curricula conversion
• Plan and consult on learning objectives and curricula for each course
• Conduct pre- and post-production meetings with CFCC staff to review content
• Ensure content is eligible for continuing education credits
• Edit and engineer audio, video and other distance learning content
• Deliver completed interactive online courses on various legal topics
• Create multi-media presentations and training methods to keep adult learners engaged
• Develop 12-hour competency curriculum for child's counsel in juvenile delinquency cases
• Create 1.5 hour curricula on various juvenile law and court topics
• Meet project timelines and deliverables over multi-year contract period
