• 5/1/2025 - Date of Availability
• 4/30/2026 - Completion Date

• Must be pre-qualified as a Bidder or Purchase Order Contract Prime Contractor
• Must be prequalified for NCDOT Work Code 001105 Work Zone Traffic Control Devices
• Must have at least one NCDOT Certified Work Zone Supervisor

• Remove litter/debris from highway right-of-ways
• Recycle collected materials when possible
• Dispose of non-recyclable litter/debris in approved landfills
• Provide traffic control during litter removal operations
• Report amount of litter/debris collected online
• Respond to litter removal requests within specified timeframes
• Complete litter removal within 14 days of notification
• Maintain proper safety equipment and procedures
