Buyer seeks proposals to upgrade its existing Emerson DeltaV distributed control system software to version 15. The successful proposer must be an authorized Emerson Impact Partner in the Philadelphia or tri-state area. Proposer must have expert capabilities to provide a comprehensive range of supply and support services for Emerson hardware and software. All work must be completed by July 18, 2025.

• 3/4/2025 - Mandatory Telephone Conference
• 3/7/2025 - Procureware Registration Deadline
• 3/12/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Must be an authorized Emerson Impact Partner in Philadelphia or tri-state area
• Must have previous experience of five years or more providing requested services to government/utilities customers

• Upgrade existing Emerson DeltaV distributed control system software to version 15
• Provide comprehensive range of supply and support services for Emerson hardware and software
• Ensure seamless integration and functionality of upgraded system
• Complete all work by July 18, 2025
