- Audit accounts and records of BRTA's fixed route contractor
- Audit accounts and records of BRTA's paratransit provider
- Ensure compliance with current FTA guidelines
- Prepare for possible contract extensions
- Submit written questions prior to deadline
- Deliver sealed proposals by specified deadline
- Attend potential meetings or interviews if required
