Charter Township of Redford

The buyer is seeking proposals for printing, folding, inserting, and mailing services for water and sewer bills (monthly) and tax bills (twice annually). The contractor will provide all equipment, materials, and labor for the buyer's Treasurer's Office. Services include printing bills and envelopes, processing data files, CASS certification, pre-sorting, and delivery to the post office. The contract period is for three years from 2025 to 2028.

• Print and mail monthly water and sewer bills
• Print and mail property tax statements twice per year
• Provide envelopes and paper stock for bills and statements
• Process data from BS&A .net export files
• CASS certify addresses and pre-sort mailings
• Deliver sorted bills to U.S. Post Office
• Provide test bills for lockbox processing
• Generate recap reports of bills processed
• Perform Move Update service twice yearly through USPS
• Store envelopes and materials at contractor's site
