- Provide third party, independent cost estimating services for capital improvement projects
- Prepare 30/60/90 milestone cost estimates
- Evaluate bids for hard bid, CMGC, and CMAR GMP proposals
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses and value engineering
- Perform claims analyses
- Develop detailed quantity take-offs and associated unit costs
- Provide capital project planning and budgeting assistance
- Develop independent cost estimates for comparison to contractor estimates
- Attend reconciliation meetings to review and compare cost estimates
- Produce life cycle cost analyses
