- Facilitate utility coordination with local authorities
- Develop bid package scopes and generate Guaranteed Maximum Price
- Obtain all required construction permits and approvals
- Ensure site safety and access to homes and businesses
- Coordinate all testing & inspections
- Finalize and close-out Project
