The buyer is seeking qualified firms to provide professional video production, recording, editing, and support services for City Council meetings and other public meetings. The services include audio-visual production, web-stream hosting, and online video archive management. The buyer may award up to two separate contracts depending on the proposals submitted. The contract will be for a period of 1 year with the option to extend for four additional one-year periods.

• Provide AV production services for public meetings
• Operate audio-visual equipment during meetings
• Offer on-call video production for special events
• Provide web-stream hosting for live meetings
• Host and maintain online video archive of past meetings
• Synchronize meeting recordings with agenda items through timestamping
• Ensure high-quality and reliable broadcasts to public platforms
• Make evening meeting recordings available by 9:30am the next day
• Import and archive videos from previous platforms
• Manage cameras, microphones, sound systems, and presentation technology
