The buyer is seeking proposals for a technology services package including an inmate telephone system, video visitation system, and inmate tablet program for their Intervention and Detention Center. The buyer expects experienced, qualified providers to submit proposals based on their expertise with similar facilities. The contract will be for four years with two optional one-year extensions. The selected contractor will be responsible for designing, furnishing, installing, operating, and maintaining all systems at no cost to the facility.

• Replace and upgrade inmate telephone service equipment and software
• Implement video visitation system
• Provide inmate tablet program
• Install and maintain all systems at no cost to facility
• Provide secure monitoring and recording capabilities
• Offer educational and entertainment content on tablets
• Implement messaging system for inmates, families, and attorneys
• Provide investigative tools integrated with phone, tablet, and video systems
• Offer site administrator for on-site support and maintenance
• Ensure ADA compliance for all systems
