Services include tutoring, professional development, family engagement programs, and programs supporting student health, safety, and well-rounded education. The buyer requires vendors with experience in ESSA Title I, II, IV Part A programming and success in urban, diverse settings.

• Record of regional performance providing ESSA Title I, II, IV Part A Supplemental Services
• Expertise in providing high quality tutoring to Title I-eligible students
• Staff with minimum 3 years teaching/tutoring experience in urban settings
• Experience working with diverse and multilingual students in urban settings

• Provide in-person tutoring services for literacy, mathematics, science and social studies
• Design and manage tailored professional development sessions for teachers and administrators
• Develop family engagement programs for Title I-eligible families
• Create programs focused on student health and safety
• Design programs supporting well-rounded education (STEM, arts, civics, etc.)
• Develop programs to increase educators' capacity to use technology effectively
