• Minimum of five years of operation in present form of business organization
• Prior similar or comparable projects by key personnel assigned to this project

• Provide food service for 8 Early Head Start locations in Stockton, CA area
• Develop menus adhering to USDA and CACFP nutritional guidelines for infants and toddlers
• Prepare and transport meals to program sites
• Provide meal content information and nutritional analysis
• Offer vegan/gluten-free meals and food substitutions as needed
• Provide formula including alternative options for infants with special dietary needs
• Implement weekly meal ordering structure including milk
• Deliver meals or arrange pick-up process
• Invoice per meal, per child using specified format
• Maintain health certifications and ServSafe certifications
