The buyer is seeking proposals from qualified Early Childhood Education organizations to provide Universal Pre-Kindergarten Program services in collaboration with the district. • Must be a qualified and experienced Early Childhood Education organization
• Must meet NYSED licensing requirements for UPK programs
• Must be located within the East Hampton UFSD
• Must be willing to enter into a collaborative agreement with the District

• Provide Universal Pre-Kindergarten Program services to East Hampton UFSD-resident students
• Implement early literacy and numeracy curriculum
• Evaluate and report on student progress
• Provide staff development
• Engage in parent involvement activities
• Ensure health and safety compliance
• Maintain proper class ratios and staffing qualifications
• Collaborate with East Hampton UFSD on program implementation
• Submit required documentation and reports to the district
• Obtain and maintain proper licensing and accreditations
