The buyer is seeking proposals for high-speed broadband internet access and WAN services for its school district. The project involves connecting 4 buildings and providing internet access to all students and staff. The contract will be for 3 years with two possible 1-year extensions. The buyer requires fiber optic connections, daily utilization reports, and full maintenance and warranty of the system.

• Must be an approved USAC Service Provider with current SPIN and SPAC
• Must hold a General Contractors License in Mississippi if construction is involved
• Preferred to have been in business for at least 5 years
• Must have experience with similar broadband connectivity projects

• Provide high-speed broadband internet access to the district
• Connect 4 buildings to each other and to the internet POP
• Install fiber optic connections
• Provide WAN circuits of 10 Gbps or greater
• Provide daily circuit utilization reports
• Obtain necessary permits and right-of-way access
• Install all required equipment and cabling
• Provide maintenance and warranty for the entire system
• Coordinate work with District Technology Director
• Comply with all applicable codes and standards
