The buyer seeks contractors to perform audits related to compliance with the Wage Requirements Law on an as-needed basis. Contractors will conduct payroll audits to determine compliance, prepare reports, and present findings. The buyer intends to award contracts to up to three auditing firms. Work will be assigned through task orders on a rotating basis.

• 3/14/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Professional experience conducting payroll reviews and audits
• Ability to provide high-quality written products within budget and time constraints
• Excellent oral communication skills
• Demonstrated quality control procedures for audits
• Secure maintenance of audit work papers and information

• Conduct payroll audit services to determine WRL compliance
• Prepare draft and final audit reports
• Attend meetings and presentations as requested
• Review auditee responses and prepare rebuttals if needed
• Maintain secure audit work papers and information
