• No outstanding tax liens in the state of Utah

• Supply and configure FortiGate firewall support
• Provide FortiAP wireless access points and support
• Install FortiSwitch network switches
• Furnish SFP+ transceiver modules
• Deliver and set up UPS/Battery backup systems
• Ensure compatibility with existing Sevier School District equipment
• Maintain USAC certifications throughout contract period
• Provide new, non-remanufactured products
• Include freight costs in pricing (FOB Destination)
• Offer next-generation product support if current items are discontinued
