The buyer seeks proposals for managing and operating an Online Full-Service Bookstore. The selected vendor will be exclusively responsible for textbook and course materials management, ensuring accessibility, affordability, and convenience for students, faculty, and staff. The online bookstore will complement the buyer's transition to an in-house Spirit Store. The vendor shall provide a comprehensive online solution for purchasing textbooks, course materials, non-branded retail merchandise, and graduation regalia.

• Minimum of five years experience providing online bookstore services
• Experience integrating with Ellucian Banner ERP
• Proven capability in managing comprehensive online bookstore platform
• Experience offering multiple purchasing and fulfillment options
• Strong track record in providing student support services
• Ability to ensure compliance with ADA accessibility requirements

• Develop and maintain a secure, user-friendly e-commerce platform for textbooks and course materials
• Integrate with Ellucian Banner ERP for course material adoption and financial aid processing
• Provide comprehensive inventory of textbooks in various formats (new, used, rental, digital)
• Manage graduation regalia sales and distribution
• Offer non-branded retail merchandise through online platform
• Implement faculty adoption system for course materials
• Provide multiple shipping and fulfillment options
• Offer 24/7 customer support for students and faculty
• Ensure compliance with FERPA, PCI-DSS, and GDPR regulations
• Submit detailed financial and operational reports
